The secret ingredients:
GO Dough
GO Pizzas are instantly recognisable in taste and style. An exciting partnership with internationally renonwned pizza maker Giovanni Pilliterri, who brings over 30 years experience to the table.
Supplying dough to some of the top Italian restaurants in the country Giovanni has been working with GO to create our very own signature base.
We like our pizzas like the Italians do, thin and crispy just how they should be, keeping them healthy and delicious unlike our American imitators! We are keen to dispel the myth that pizza is unhealthy and should be eaten only as a treat, trust me when I say GO pizzas are made using NO artificial ingredients whatsoever and we pride ourselves on using only the freshest and highest quality produce in our stores.
The pizza dough balls are delivered into store each morning and left to our trained staff to work on and produce the amazing pizza bases you see in our counters.
GO Breads
GO customers can enjoy the same fresh and tasty ingredients in our signature Italian baguettes. The GO Italian Baguette uses a special Italian bread recipe that has been created especially for GO, to give our customers a unique and unforgettable taste experience. White or Wholemeal, 6 or 12 inch its decision time!
Our baguettes can be enjoyed hot or cold....the choice is yours? If you like your cheese melted then 30 seconds is all you have to wait!!
Our bread is baked fresh every morning in our bakery and delivered to store just before opening and when it’s gone its gone! So don’t leave it too late to visit.
Deli
We have scoured the country for the best and hope you agree that our deli counter looks colourful and inviting. Daily deliveries ensure the produce is fresh and never frozen, free-range chicken, roast Wiltshire ham and pulled roast beef are all top quality with no selected cuts meats in sight!
At GO we are keen to promote local businesses and give back to the local communities that are supporting us. All our vegetables are sourced and delivered in fresh from local growers each morning, keeping travel times short and freshness long.
